Here's my 10,000 Calorie Anti-Pasta Salad.
Romain Lettuce.
Green Pepper (Diced)
Black Olives.
Purple Onion
Cherry Tomatoes
Small thin slices of hard salami.
Small cubed ham (about 1/4" squares)
Small cubed pepperoni (about 1/4" squares)
Shredded Mozerella Cheese (lately I've been using a Kraft Five Cheese Italian Cheese, it's got Parmisian, Provolone, Mozerella and two other white cheese I can't recall)
Spanish Olives (thin sliced)
Banana Pepper Rings
Italian Dressing.
Mmmmmmm.
It's salad, it has to be good for you right?
you would need 10 lbs of that salad to equal 10,000 calories
