there's nothing wrong with everyone agreeing on something when there's an expectation off a clearcut right answer or wrong answer. what's happening there is that so many people are reflexively giving the same answer to things there's almost no chance of there being a right or wrong answer to. that's not a healthy sign most of the time, and it's usually more of a sign that people who used to question or disagree with them have decided it's not worth it anymore and start ignoring threads they used to post in. eventually, all that's left looks cultish to new users and now that everyone agrees they run out of things to talk about. adt's got a dynamic subject given dvds keep coming out and there are plenty of people to say +1 so they're not going anywhere soon but eventually you'll have to downgrade them from a discussion to a chorus and they'll have to give up any pretenses they're any more intellectual than any other fansite.

there's already way too much unchallenged information that's simply incorrect in the world news part, but it seems to satisfy the group-agenda so it's accepted without issue. they'll be another forum you check out, realize it's a bunch of ignorant, like-minded zealots, get what you came for and leave. i give it a year-the only people left who contest ANYTHING are vince, toe, cleetus, jrv, croy and myself(half of the time just to be contrarian and bother socialists with a sense of entitlement like squirtfan). that's pretty sad, and i think many of those people aren't finding it's worth it anymore.
