For lowest act I want to say ryan knox but he is usually someone they try to slip in at the last minute like the minion so whores are usually unaware they'll have to do a scene with him. So my answer will have to be max. Highest pay has to be the 65 man cream pie, at least, for Arianna sake I hope so.

Well lots of people have done max, and most bestiality shit is done by euros and they work for peanuts, im guessing scat has to pay the most right? to roll around in someone elses shit has to pay good money, Padova how much they pay you to do this , has to be more then your normal $150 rate.
