Dunst Checks Into Rehab?

Marie Antoinette actress Kirsten Dunst has become the latest star to reportedly check into rehab - joining the same Utah medical facility as Eva Mendes. According to U.S. magazine Star, the 25-year-old was admitted to Cirque Lodge after a week of wild partying at last month's Sundance Film Festival. The facility is also the same center where Lindsay Lohan spent last summer for substance abuse problems. A source tells Star, "She (Dunst) desperately needed help. She seemed to be intoxicated when she checked in because she was acting really erratic. She was extremely emotional, constantly breaking down in tears. She not in a good place right now, but thankfully, she's getting the help she needs." Dunst recently dismissed rumors she was on the verge of a breakdown after reports surfaced of her alleged "erratic" behavior at Sundance, with sources claiming her "odd" antics left friends apologizing to other partygoers. But representatives for the Spider-Man star denied the reports insisting, "Kirsten is fine."

Kirsten Dunst is saying her recent stint in rehab was for depression, not booze or drugs - but the actress was "wobbly" over the weekend at Bar on A, according to a spy. "She was in a cute little dress and dark heels," says our source. "She looked really good and was sweet, but refused to take any photos when asked." Her rep confirms she was at the bar, but says "she was certainly not intoxicated or wobbly."

Depression is Hollywood's catch phrase for drugs or drinking. Also see 'exhaustion.' What she needs to be addicted to is dental floss for those jankity teeth.

Though I have a good idea what it is meant to express, I don't know what "jankity" means exactly or anything about how it was derived.

But, I'd be very pleased if Kirsten were tob be corrupted into being a whore on film for cash/depression supplies.

Steven Tyler: I went to rehab for my foot

Steven Tyler entered rehab earlier this month ­– but there may be something smelly about his reasons for doing so.

The Aerosmith frontman released a statement Thursday, saying he checked into Las Encinas Hospital's drug rehabilitation facility to recuperate from a series of surgeries on his foot.

"I really needed a safe environment to recuperate where I could shut off my phone and get back on my feet," Tyler said in a statement. "Make no mistake, Aerosmith has no plans to stop rocking. There’s a new album to record, then another tour."

Tyler, 60, has previously admitted to having a history with drug abuse, and even entered rehab in 1986 for drug addiction. Sources close to Tyler said last week that the rocker checked himself into rehab this time around for substance abuse.

Las Encina's Web site makes no mention of offering care for non-addiction-related problems. "We are not able to comment on that," a spokesman for the facility told us Friday.

But an insider at a noted rehab facility told us most reputable treatment centers wouldn't admit someone without an addiction problem. "These are not recuperation spas," our source said. "These are not places you go because you sprained your ankle and want to lay low for 30 days."

Tyler's rehab reasoning comes on the heels of Kirsten Dunst's statement that she entered a rehab facility last year to treat "depression," adding "depression is pretty serious and should not be gossiped about."
