People, the guy has a serious problem and he needs help.
Dude, do the following. It´s going to sting a little, but that´s what you have to do.
First, rub the area with alcohol. Clean it very well, use a rough piece of cloth till the lesion starts to BLEED. Yes, BLEED, you have to let the pus out.
After that, dip you penis on a glass with 1/3 alcohol and five large spoons of salt for at least ten minutes every two hours.
In two days, all this shit will disappear.
