How about putting whore #1 over a chair or couch so that her ass is aimed at the ceiling, inserting a funnel and having the usual 70+ mopes fill her ass pipe with loads. When the last mope has earned his $100, remove the funnel and have whore #2 placed open mouthed behind #1 as she lowers her jizz filled shitter over the second whore. Hmmm, a pre-creampie lavage with a non-water soluble substance like olive oil might do the trick. A female condom might work. This requires experimentation.
