I was surprised when he moved from NY where he was some measely freelancer for Screw to SF and imdediately directed a piece of crap for some company. I was like,"Hey, ANYBODY remotely involved in the biz can become a director these daze."

I've never seen his movies, but he did come up with Chasey Lain's nickname ("The Girl with the Empty Eyes.") Like Picasso's painting of Gertrude Stein, that one becomes more accurate by the year.
