Account cancellation

I would like to cancel my account. I did use the contact@xxxporntalk.com e-mail, but it did not work, and I got an error message when I tried to send the message. Also, I sent an e-mail to steve@jmvideo.net, but my account was not cancelled. I
realize that this is probably not the right section of this website for technical issues or support, but I could not find any other section on this website for support. I would like to have my login information and all of my other information deleted. I would appreciate someone's assistance.
