Loved the quote about how her bolt ons made her a better role model for her daughter. Fair to say that with the statement she has revealed that she is quite the chav? I am sorry for her plight, as she seems seems in danger of losing her life. I hope that if she recovers, she gets her mind more in tune with reality.

Nope. You can thank the good ole U.S. of A. and the state of Texas (where else) for polypropylene string implants. I knew a stripper who had these...they were horrific.
