If you're this happy, Pretty, don't get implants. I think your md did a great job. It really makes your entire body look more toned and they're proportionate. Personally, I'd like to see some implants in you, but don't. The thing with plastic surgery is that if you are completely piss your pants happy with your results, getting a re-do or an enhancement just to improve that 0.001% of the result you're not happy with, only results in fucking with perfection. That's what happened on my second nose job. All because if you looked close enough very very hard reeeeally thinking about it, it was slightly uneven. I should've stayed with the first one.

Pretty, please aply maderma and take zinc to speed up the healing. I know your md has laser scar revision, but that laser treatment doesn't always remove the scars completely. Also, I know you had your heart set on big fakies, but at least this way, you won't have to replace the fakies every 10 or 15 years. You're saving money in the long run. Also Bio Oil works great on scars I am using it on my old piercing scars, I have some pretty bad damage on my nose, brow and bridge. I have been using it for only a month non consecutively and I already see some improvent. Zinc too, so when you get to L.A., you can take some Iron.

Where all the rich folks get their shit, Target. Where else?... LoL. It's like 11 bucks or maybe more for 1oz. And I think most drugstores carry it. CVS does, if you have those there, but usually the product is not in-stock. Wal-Mart from what I hear carries the same stuff as Target. I been there once at 3 a.m when I desperately needed a lighter. I won't be going back, so you probably should stick with Targe´t.

I actually found more uses for it, In this weather my hair is so dry and hair are so dry, I ran out of anti frizz and was in a hurry, I get super staticky if I dont use it, zap!... so I used it as hair serum, kinda, not too much just the left overs on my hand and smeared on and right away my hair was not frizzy and had a healthy shine. Weird I know but I used it under makeup too. It gives it a softer, smoother look. Dont know if this is Ok, but I guess we'll find out. Gross, huh?

Your surgeon did a really good job, pretty. Very neat & clean incisions. I'm sure he/she told you the bunching at the bottom is normal for a vertical/LeJour lift and will resolve over the next few months.

Gotta take issue with Gia's comment though unless I'm having an ADHD moment. Moisture is the key to less scarring. You want to keep applying bacitracin until the scabs fall off and immediately apply these:

And there is no laser that removes scars completely, though Fraxel is probably your best bet.

i love it
i call it that cause the girls at work are like "why do you wear stuffthat tastes good?" lol
so i go "cause im a dirty whore"
it smells really good, doesnt rub off on the guys (alot of gus cant go home smelling all body sprayish) and when you get hot or start sweating, you start smelling more like honeysuckle

and it lasts better than any pefume or body spray

but "im a dirty whore" just sounds better lol
