the "-ito" part is whats funny. Small asshole figuratively... some reason it just don't seem right associated to Fatty but it is funny. Thanks El Gloriosito, I'm gonna remember this word.

I know what it means, I'm just being a dick. And, I found his "buddy" funny - trying to get me to say it to someone!
Though it literally to "little pubic hair" like "little cunt hair" it means asshole in the less "respectable"* New World Hispanic countries. In Argentina its more often used as an age insult like "you're immature".

If you ask a Cuban if they are from PR or DR, you just ended the conversation FOREVER. Want to insult a Dominican, call him a Puerto Rican. PRs appear seem to be the lowest rung on the Hisp totem pole.

Thx El G. It is likely I didn't know that since most times people in NY - including me when I was younger - assume ALL hispanics here are from PR. So it never came up.

Honestly I've never had any problems w/PRs here. I just don't like when they display the PR flag and don't put out the American flag, too.
Most of the PRs that I know are hard-working women. I went with several of them to PR in 1992, and we stayed at the El San Juan Hotel near Carolina. Enjoyed PR very much. My favorite place was this beach in the northeast of the island - I forget the name - just fantastic! Went there like 4 times!

I work with the pharma industry, which means a lot of visits to PR. I'm always impressed by the level of education and dedication I find among the locals, as well as their love of their little island. "Let me give you a tour! This is where the governor lives! How can you stand to go back, do you see what our weather is like!!".
"Local" Puerto Ricans also like to make a BIG distinction between locals and New York PRs. Locals own 1.2 cars per person, New Yorkers pile 7 into a Ford Escort, etc.
A big plus is the local fashion code. The women, even those working in professional settings, will still feel obligated to wear tight dresses, mini-skirts, low-cut tops, etc. etc. Very distracting, but I won't complain.
