I figure their site is worth $2,500,000 if they sold it today. The review part of the site accounts for 50% of the sale making it worth $1,250,000. There is 5,776 review, so that's $216.41 for each review. 51 reviews at $216.41 comes out to $11,036.91 Please make my check out to the Rob Black legal defense fund to fight that damn evil CENSORSHIP.

I wouldn't write more reviews but if you're expecting them to "settle" it would help to actually take legal action first.

I don't expect them to settle. I do expect them to rewrite their pity little 4 line disclaimer. I got a number of emails from people who wrote reviews, entered them at ADT. Now they are starting sites themselves and are afraid of getting sued if they use the reviews that they wrote in the first place on their site.


Does that make sense?

I go by the rule a company is worth 3 times what it makes. I may be off a lot,then again I might be right on. They mention everywhere that they have no employees, so no payroll. Don't let their little mom and pop shop fool you. They are ranked a solid 3,000 in alexa, which is more than AVN.com, Hustler.com, or AdultDVDEmpire.com They will always have traffic like that,so I assume it's worth more than I estimated.

Shouldn't you have thought of all this BEFORE you wrote reviews and submitted them?
I suggest you talk to your lawyer.I wonder if the disclaimer that ADT have is on file alongwith their website papers at the local tax office.

No, but you could be. I looked at your site and i can see many ways you could be making more money. 12,000 and 3,000 doesn't sound like a big diffence but it is a HUGE diffence.

You don't really have any members only contetnt to make money off of, Robert. However, you make money by booking your girls and if your site helps you do that or helps you get new talent then I'm sure it is worth the money.

Actually I have a TON of members only content. I had GloBill and those fuckers went under, I am working on getting the members section back up.

He hook up with the right webmaster/webcrew. They know a lot of shit. They are well respected in the webmaster commuinty. Go look at any adult convention coming up that relates to internet or adult and they are there. Europe, US, Mars, Pluto, even disneyland

Also, his name is basically a product. He is great at marketing. Max Hardcore is a well known "brand"

I found your problem. You should have looked for a new processer the day glo-bill went down. It's been over 2 months now. Here is some honest advice. If your plan on making money and requires that you use the net. Then for the next 6 monthsI would work non-stop. I mean look for new ideas , improve your currentproducts . whatever.

You ask how is this site or that site worth money. It's because they work their fucking asses off

I am working my fucking ass off too, from 8 am to 2 am every day.
Booking models takes most of my time. I am also building other membership sites. Modelgig.com members area was never that much of a money maker.

That's great. I think you have a great company and great site. when I reply back to your posts I do it to point things out. I never post to put someone down. We're both in this crazy adult business and i think all of us should support each other in any way. With all this fucking Bush hounds taking away people rights, we have to band together.

I understand your theory, but I don't really agree with it. Just because they are ranked high (and Alexa has always been a questionable tool) doesn't mean they are making money. A site can get millions of hits and make little or no money. Remember, they do not sell product and they offer no memberships. They only sell banner space and recieve % cuts from surfers that use their search engine. Now, I'm sure they make at least a living, but to assume it's in the millions is a bit too much.
